General Terms & Conditions for Also4Me.com
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made by you at Also4Me.com. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. You will be asked to expressly agree to these Terms and Conditions before you place an order for products from Also4Me.com.

We will not file a copy of these Terms and Conditions specifically in relation to your order. By accepting the Terms and Conditions, you agree that you have the bill payers permission to purchase from Also4Me.com.

These Terms and Conditions apply to deliveries in the EU. 

Changes to the General Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions. The Terms and Conditions you accepted upon point of purchase will be applicable.

Also4Me is owned by R82 A/S and the domain www.Also4Me.com is operated and owned by R82 A/S, a worldwide leading manufacturer of aids for children and teenagers with special needs.

Also4Me.com aims at providing children with mild to moderate disabilities with products that enable them to participate in everyday activities with comfort support and ease. Also4Me provides products that end users can purchase online and have shipped directly to their door.

Ordering
By completing and submitting an electronic order form at Also4Me.com, you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Please note that products will be shipped once your payment has been authorized by your card issuer. We will not be liable if there is a delay, and we will not accept your order if payment is not authorised.

When an order has been placed, you will be redirected to a ‘thank you’ page with an order receipt. An order confirmation will be sent to your email confirming which products you have ordered. This email is not an order acceptance from us. Once the order is processed and your purchased items are shipped off, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number from our shipping partners.

We reserve the right to refuse any order if for example:

  • We do not have the products in stock
  • Your payment is not authorized
  • There is an error on our website regarding the price or other details of the products
  • You have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions below

Cancelling an order before the product has been sent
If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time before we send it. To do so, please fill out the withdrawl form

Currency
Prices throughout Also4Me.com are quoted in Euro (EUR), Great British Pounds (GBP) or Danish Krone (DKK). Payment can only be accepted in EUR, GBP and DKK.

Pricing
All prices on Also4Me.com include Danish VAT and shipping costs for all EU countries. The price applicable is the price set out next to the product in question on the Also4Me.com webshop on the date of ordering. While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

Shipping and Delivery
Packing and delivery costs are already included to the total price at the point of checkout of your purchase.  All orders will be delivered within 2-5 working days. Also4Me makes every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales; however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. 

Liability for damage during transport
Also4Me.com carries the risk and liability for damage to the products during transport when delivering until you or someone appointed by you has taken physical possession of the products. 
If you choose to return the products regardless of the situation, you will have the risk and liability for damage to the products during transport when returning until Also4Me.com has taken physical possession of the products.

Withdrawal and Return
If you regret your purchase (Right of withdrawal and return)
The Danish Sale of Goods Act from 2014 allows returns for online purchases where the seal is broken and the product has been tested. A distinction is made between withdrawal of the purchase and return of the purchase.

According to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, a 14-day return policy shall apply when you shop at Also4Me.com Please note that the withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you receive your product(s).

Withdrawal
Definition of withdrawal:
 Here, the product is returned in unopened packaging, the entire purchase price is refunded.

How to withdrawal
Within 14 days from the day you receive the product(s), you must notify us that you want to withdraw your purchase. The notification must be provided to enquiries@Also4Me.com by filling in the withdrawal form.

When does the right of withdrawal apply?
This right of withdrawal only applies to products in unopened packaging. You cannot withdraw by simply refusing to receive the product without notifying us thereof at the same time.  

Refund during withdrawal
If you use your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, excl. delivery costs without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date we receive notification about your decision to withdrawal from this agreement.

Note: Remember that the product must always be returned to us with a copy of the withdrawal form attached to the box.

Return
Definition of return: Here, the product is returned after it has been assembled and tested. The purchase price is fully or partly refunded after an assessment of the product's condition.

How to return
Within 14 days from the day you receive the product(s), you must notify us that you want to return your purchase. The notification must be provided to enquiries@Also4Me.com by filling in the return form.

When does the right of return apply?
This right of return only applies if the product being returned has been assembled and tested in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. If the product has been tried beyond what is described above, we shall consider it used.

Refund during return
If you use your right of return, you will be refunded the amount that you have paid us. In case of depreciation of the value of the product for which you are liable, this depreciation is deducted from the purchase amount. When you make a return, we will refund all payments received from you. We will withhold the refund until we have received the product and assessed its condition, however, only up to 14 days after we have received the product. You shall only be liable for any depreciation of the value of the product, which results from handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature of the product, characteristics and the way in which it works. You will only be refunded part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the product's commercial value. In order to be refunded the entire purchase amount you must therefore do the same as you can in a physical store. You may test the product, but not actually use it.
Also4Me will only provide refunds back to the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction.

Note: Remember that the product must always be returned to us with a copy of the return form attached to the box.

What do we do with your personal data?
In order to enter an agreement with us at Also4Me.com we need the following information from you:

We register this information, so that we can deliver the ordered item to you. Your personal data are registered at Also4Me.com and will be kept for five years, after which it will be deleted. When we obtain personal data via our website, we ensure that you have always given your express permission first, so that you are informed about precisely what information we collect and why. We do not store and transmit data encrypted. Information given to Also4Me.com will not in any way be given or sold to a third party, and we do not register any sensitive personal data.

Cookies
Also4Me uses cookies on this website. Cookies are small text files which are stored on your device (computer, Smartphone or tablet) when you enter a website. These files make no harm to the use of your computer, and contains no personal data like name and age. Cookie information is very useful for Also4Me, as it gives us a better insight on the users usage of our website.

Online dispute
If you want to complain about your purchase, please refer to the contact page and fill out the form provided. If we fail to find a solution, you can file a complaint with the Konkurrence- og Forbrugerstyrelsens Center for Klageløsning, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby

Any dispute shall be settled by the Danish courts at the place where the R82 has jurisdiction, by the Court of Horsens Godsbanegade 2, 8700 Horsens.
